We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Your order is placed with the vendor immediately after purchase, but depending on your order average shipping times are 15-21 days. Hair Bundles ship the fastest. Tapes, clips, and keratin tips will need time to prepare. Tracking numbers will be updated immediately after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 14 business please email us at rawluxurybylorin@gmail.com.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us immediately. Customer service is our top priority, along with proper communication. Raw hair is non processed and may not be the best fit for every client. We will work to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours and changed within 24. Refunds for canceled, or changed orders will have to process and will not be available immediately, but will be returned after processing time.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at rawluxurybylorin@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. We are not responsible for orders without the correct address not making their destination. Please double check your address. If a package has to be reshipped for the wrong address, the client becomes responsible for new shipping fees.

RAW LUXURY IS MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM, ONE OF A KIND EXTENSIONS. THEY WILL NEED TIME TO PREPARE. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days AFTER payment has been processed.
